Registration and Food Costs

Registration will close 14 days prior to the Conference, i.e. 21 March 2025

*The Annual Conference will begin after lunch on Friday 4 April, and will end after lunch on Sunday 6 April.*

Saturday reception and conference dinner (Grand Central Hotel)		£65.00
Sunday lunch		£12.00

*Food should be booked during registration, as it may not be possible to add this at a later date.

Information

Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your Conference registration, a partial refund can be provided. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must contact us to cancel your registration at least 14 days before the event start date (by 21 March). A refund can be issued for food paid for through our website. The Conference registration fee is non-refundable.

Conference Speakers

Note that all speakers are required to register, and must be members of the Society. If you are presenting at the Conference and are not currently a paying member, please visit the Renewals page in the Members' Area when you are logged in.

EHS Members

If you are a member of the Society, please login to your EHS account before completing your registration. Members receive a discount for Conference registration. If you are not a member and would like to join, please do so before registering.

Accommodation

No student accommodation is available, therefore delegates will need to book their own accommodation. Possible hotels can be found here. These are not necessarily recommended by the Society.
