Car Parking

Offsite car parking is available at Robinson College for an additional charge of £7.80 per car, per day. This is subject to availability and needs to be pre-booked via the Conference Registration form.

The primary car park is a 5-minute walk away from the conference venue. If additional spaces are required a second car park is available, with a shuttle bus provided by Robinson College in the morning and the evening.

Parking permits will be sent via email before the conference. The delegate must print the permit and display it on their dashboard when parked.

Covid Restrictions

Robinson College currently requests that facemasks are worn in all indoor settings, except when eating/drinking, and recommends that delegates take a lateral flow test before attending the event (and, of course, not attending at all if you have symptoms of Covid).  One-way systems are in place in some areas of the College.  These measures may, however, be subject to change before the event.
