The Economic History Society is committed to promoting and valuing equality and diversity in all of its activities and aims to provide a work, research and learning environment free from discrimination and unfair treatment regardless of age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, pregnancy or maternity, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation. The Society adheres to the Equality Act 2010 and accordingly aims to protect individuals against acts of discrimination when engaging with the Society as an employee, member, or when using the services provided by the Society.
