The Barcelona Past Networks Summer School offers hands-on training in network research for the study of the human past. Participants explore network theory, methods, and critical applications through practical exercises and expert-led lectures.
No prior coding or mathematical experience is required, but a willingness to work with computational ap-proaches is essential. The summer school is ideal for archaeologists, historians, classicists, and anyone whose home institution cannot provide specialized training in network research.
