Registration and Food Costs

The Annual Conference will begin after lunch on Friday 5 April, and will end after lunch on Sunday 7 April.

Refund Policy

Should you wish to cancel your Conference registration, a partial refund can be provided. To be eligible for a partial refund, you must contact us to cancel your registration at least 14 days before the event start date (by 23 March 2024). A refund can be issued for food paid for through our website. The Conference registration fee is non-refundable.

Parking

There is free parking, adjacent to the venue (CCE1 main car park), throughout the Conference (5 – 7 April). There are only 50 spaces available on Friday, 5 April, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis; we will need a note of your car registration number (please contact the Administrators). Parking on Saturday and Sunday is unrestricted, and no car registration number is required.

EHS Members

If you are a member of the Society, please login to your EHS account before completing your registration. Members receive a discount for Conference registration. If you are not a member and would like to join, please do so before registering.
