‘Old habits die hard’: The role of History within strategic change, in post M+A integration

The time spent during my bursary year was collecting valuable data, and beginning to analyse it so that I can meet my research objectives when constructing a final write up. These trips in particular pertained to the 4 case studies within my thesis. As a result of the bursary, I was able to alter/add a further case study to my research. This contributed to my overall thesis as it is now allowing me to undergo cross-case comparisons between my cases, a further level of analysis that was not available to me before.
