The course is open to 12 graduate students who are currently engaged in work on a doctoral thesis on any topic in social, economic, or business history.

A new biennial prize for an outstanding book in economic and/or social history. Nominations are restricted to authors who are more than 10 years beyond their PhD, or who have previously published a monograph.Become a Member of the EHS
